This is to invite you to what promises to be an exciting Interactive Session of Book Readings, Drama and Speeches on the theme: The Link Between Literature And Politics organised by the Centre For Black And African Arts And Civilization (CBAAC ) in collaboration with the Institute of African Studies, University of Ibadan on Thursday, July 7 2011 at 4.30pm. Venue is the University's Conference Centre.
Guest speaker is Wale Okediran who will set the mood for discussions from readings from his award reading book TENANTS OF THE HOUSE. Special Guests of Honor are Alhaja Monsurat Sumonu, Speaker, Oyo State House of Assembly and Rt Hon Aminu Tambuwal, Speaker, Federal House of Representatives, Abuja. The duo will be supported by other dignitaries from the literary, academic and political sectors.
