• We expect you to write fluent English, and to know how to compose an interesting story for our readers.
• You know how to fact-check a story, and know how to communicate with your sources.
• You have a relevant education, and are willing to go to Nairobi for training.
• We will take care of the transportation and accommodation cost.
• Depending on how fast you learn, you will stay one to two months in Nairobi.
